1 Feeding unit

3 Slotting unit

3) 9CrSi or SKD slotting knife for option
4) Glue tab cutting knife with spring,cut 5 ply and 7 ply cardboard without adjustment, very convenient.
5) Pre-creaser and creaser minimize score cracking and promote better folding accuracy
6) Slotting holder are cast steel avoid the slotting knife damaged when running

4 Die cutting uint
1) Side to side oscillation of anvil drum(50mm)
2) Anvil trimming device keep surface of anvil cover flat and smooth.Anvil drum speed can be controlled to keep carton and die cutting plate indentical
3) Anvil cover has Maxdura,Depak and CUE for option
4) Independent motor drives compensates speed of anvil drum at range of +/-3mm when printing of normal carton is performed
5) Can install 4 more knives for slotting(optional)
5 Folding and gluing unit
1) Glue spray system with automatic trace by optical eye
2) Save glue,no glue leak, easy to maintain.
1) The cardboard conveyed by upper and down belt
3) The press wheel at cardboard feeding section drives by spring, the gap between the press wheel and down folding plate can be adjusted by position limit.
4) The back section convey by vaccum suction, the bottom folding belt speed is higher than vaccum suction belt to avoid the scissor mouth.
5) There are rectification wheel at the both sides to make the carton folded precisely
6) The folding plate horizontal move adjusted by electric control
Counting and output unit
1) Photoelectric switch counts precisely
