Feeder Unit
※Separating and combining of the machine and platform undergo electric control added with alarm which rings consecutively during running to ensure worker’s safety
※lead edge feeding system adopting vacuum suction to make the cardboard feeding smooth, air draft volume can be adjusted according to different cardboard.
※Side baffles and back baffle movement are adjusted by manual control, easy to operate
※Upper feeding roller:Diameter:¢132mm, seamless steel pipe covered with wear-resistant rubber make sure paper fed in good shape.
※ Down feeding roller: Diameter:¢156mm,seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface.
Printing Unit

2) Treated with balance rectification to realize stable running;
3) Creasing roller interval dial runs manual adjustment in an adjustable range form 0 to 12mm.
4) Creasing wheel horizontal movement adjusted by manual control.

1) Axle diameter is ¢156mm, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface with stable movement;
2) Slotting width is 7mm;
